Disciple One provides digital discipleship tools including:

• VIA Mobile App: A free mobile application for personal spiritual growth, including Bible reading, prayer tools, and accountability features.
• Church Dashboard: A paid service for church administrators to view aggregate and individual engagement data from their congregation.
• Website: Information about our ministry and services.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. VIA App (Free Service)

The VIA mobile application is provided free of charge for individual users. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• Set limits on certain features or services
• Restrict access for violations of these Terms

5. Church Dashboard (Paid Service)

Church Dashboard access requires a paid subscription. Separate terms and pricing apply to church accounts. Churches are responsible for:

• Payment of applicable fees
• Proper use of member data
• Compliance with applicable privacy laws
• Obtaining appropriate consent from members

6. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you submit through our services, including prayer requests, journal entries, and profile information. You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use our services for commercial purposes without permission
• Violate the privacy of others

7. Intellectual Property

Our services are not a substitute for professional spiritual counsel, pastoral care, or professional mental health services.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCIPLE ONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Disciple One, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
